Code of Conduct

    MATERIALS SUMMIT board and organizers are dedicated to creating an inclusive and respectful environment that promotes open collaboration, the free exchange of ideas, and the advancement of knowledge. To uphold this atmosphere, we have established a Code of Conduct that applies to all participants, including attendees, speakers, sponsors, organizers, and volunteers. This Code of Conduct outlines the key principles expected from everyone involved in our conference.

  • Report any unsafe or concerning situations to conference organizers or venue staff immediately.
Enforcement

    Violations of this Code of Conduct will be taken seriously and may result in appropriate actions, including warnings, removal from the event without a refund, or notifying appropriate authorities.
